Shipping policy
1. General Shipping Information
We ship our products within Germany and internationally to select countries. Shipping is handled by DHL, and processing time is typically 5-8 business days.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options
*Free shipping: For orders of 60 € or more for all deliveries in Germany and international Letters Small and Big (all paper goods: stickers, prints, bookmarks, garlands and more). Does not apply to packages outside of Germany (physical objects: washi tape, acrylic keychains, acrylic standees are excluded from free shipping)

3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination (see Delivery Options)
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
5. Tracking
If you have selected tracked shipping (available for international orders), you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track the status of your parcel at any time.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at icanbelouder@web.de
Damaged Items: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can find a solution.
Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after two weeks after the predicted delivery date, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. (US Customers: Please note that, due to recent circumstances, delivery can take up to 2 MONTHS to the US after your item has been shipped. Thank you so much for your patience!)
7. Returns & Complaints
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at icanbelouder@web.de to arrange a return.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
