How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After receiving your order, I will carefully package all your items by hand to ensure they are safe during their journey to you. You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping times will vary depending on the destination:
✦ Germany: 2-4 work days
✦ International: 3-14 work days
✦ US: up to 2 months after shipping notification!
!! Special note for my lovely US CUSTOMERS: Please note that, due to recent circumstances, delivery can take up to 2 MONTHS to the US after your item has been shipped. At this point in time I am also still unable to send keychains etc. – anything other than paper goods. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and thank you so much for your patience 🩶 !!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship all over the world!
Most of my products are produced by myself or by local companies in Germany, and are shipped from here to addresses close and abroad.
The only exception at the moment is the US: please note that sadly I can only ship paper goods (prints, stickers, bookmarks, etc.) and delivery can take up to two months. I apologise for the inconvenience and will update you as soon as the regulations change.
Where are your products manufactured?
I put a lot of thought and care into where my products come from and who produces them. As a small business, I feel a responsibility to prioritise working conditions just as much as sustainability.
This means that I produce most of my products in-house! All my prints and paper products, such as bookmarks and paper garlands etc. are created with the help of my loyal printer (ink-devouring as it is!) and 'Sheep' the Cricut. 🐑✂️
Custom packaging, backing cards and more are manufactured in the same way. All my crafty items, such as crochet keychains, candles, and clay creations, are lovingly handmade and assembled by my own hands too.
When it comes to stickers with a more specific vision and special glitter effect, I mostly use StickerApp, a Swedish company. The rest of my stickers are also made by me, and for more specific items like art books and card games, I work with manufacturers based in Germany.
I am currently looking for options to manufacture washi tape, acrylic keychains and standees in the EU too. For now, these items still make up a small percentage of the products I get made in China.
